Here are my go-to resources that I use to grow my Etsy shops. I've personally used and tested all these tools, and I've put my thoughts as well as my top picks in each category.

The Complete System That Transforms Burned-Out Artists To Profitable Etsy Sellers, While Saving You 10+ Hours A Week 📈
My favourite Etsy tool for market and product research. I'm especially impressed with Chrome extension which lets me do competitor research directly on Etsy. Try for free and use code GROWING30 to save 30%.
Another helpful Etsy research tool. One of the standout features is its large database of Etsy products and shops, which gives you great insights. Pro plan is just $1 for 3 days, and you can use code GYC for 10% off.
The standout is the keyword research capability which gives you a large amount of useful long-tail keywords. It’s especially when you are brainstorming and creating new products. Use code growingyourcraft for 20% off.
You can get insights about keywords, competitors, and audit your Etsy listings with eRank. One of the main advantages is that their paid plan starts at only $5.99.
Canva is a well-rounded, all-in-one online design tool that lets you create designs like social media posts, shop banners and more. They also have a large library of graphics and templates, though many of which are only available with the paid Canva Pro.
A similar online design tool to Canva with some unique features like the linking of design assets across different Adobe products, which is good if you are already in the Adobe ecosystem.
The best alternative to Adobe Illustrator. Highly capable design tool with all the functionalities you'd need, but it has a steep learning curve and could be an overkill for most Etsy sellers.
My go to app for photo editing. You can drastically enhance your product photography with Lightroom mobile. They have a free version with limited features.
Not only is Canva an online design tool, it also can edit your product photos. Its capabilities have improved over the last few years, for example, make adjustments to the product (foreground) without changing the background.
Canva has a large library of graphics and templates that you can customise for your Etsy business, but most of them are locked behind the Canva Pro subscription.
An Etsy-integrated platform with a 15-day free trial, offering design protection, a demo editor, and customer edit assistance, but with limited design elements and a basic mobile editor.
A versatile, free-to-use design platform with a vast library of elements and fonts, excellent mobile editing, and frequent feature updates, though lacking in design protection and Etsy integration.
A cost-effective, Etsy-integrated option with no base fee, which makes it possible to start your Etsy shop for almost no money. They also offer features like design protection and demo editor, but lacking some design features.
A powerful AI language model by Anthropic. Capable of helping you with daily seller tasks like writing product description, drafting customer replies, brainstorming ideas, etc.
The most capable AI image generation tool. Capable of a wide range of styles but it's especially good at realistic images compared to other image generation tools.
ConvertKit has a free tier for up to 10,000 subscribers, and emails have great deliverability (meaning emails actually reach the inbox, instead of spam).
Brevo (previously Sendinblue) is one of the more economical options. You can segment subscribers and set up automations for unlimited subscribers. It’s free up to 300 emails sent per day.
Printful is one of my go-to's for opening a POD Etsy shop. The products have great print quality and shipping time, though it comes at slightly higher costs. They also offer more custom branding options.
Although longer shipping time and lower print quality in general than Printful, Printify is still a solid choice as a print-on-demand shop for Etsy, especially if you ship mostly to the US as the margin is slightly higher than Printful.
A print-on-demand provider with the largest network of 32 countries and focus on high quality products. At the time of writing, they are running a promotion of 50% off your first order of over $50.
A mockup scene creator that I use. The best feature is their wide selection of mockup products, as well as everyday objects, so that you can create your unique realistic product photos for digital products.
Most capable website builder compared to other options in this list, but also comes with a steeper learning curve. Growing Your Craft is built on Webflow.
